Mission: Ensuring the existence of an effective and efficient day to day Tribal operation that is responsive to the community, Tribal Council and Tribal programs by means of a quality driven, culturally competent, skilled and professional workforce.
The Office of the Executive Director through the Executive Director, two assistant Executive Directors and immediate staff, has the responsibility for the direction and management of the work force and to ensure that all organizational activities and operations are carried out in compliance with applicable state, federal and tribal regulations.
The Executive Director's Office is a service component of the Tribe. These services include Human Resources, Grants & Contracts, Facilities & Maintenance,(Ratironwarakwatákwas)Technical Support and Grant Research.
