Username
Your username is your name exactly as it appears on your tribal membership card -- without any punctuations or spaces. If your first name is "Mohawk", your middle name is "Tribal", and your last name is "Member", you would enter "MohawkTribalMember"
If your name is "Niawenkó:wa Mohawk", you would enter "NiawenkowaMohawk".
Password
Your password is "srmt" immediately followed by your six-digit enrollment number: example - "srmt012345".
