Expanded In-home Services for the Elderly

EISEP is a non-medical in-home care service available to eligible residents of the Saint Regis Mohawk Reservation who are 60 years or older. To be eligible for inhome care services you must:

be 60 years or older
have unmet needs
be functionally limited
be unable to receive Medicaid or Medicare reimbursement for the same or similar services
be maintained SAFELY at home
meet income guidelines

There are two levels of in-home care available through EISEP: Level l -Housekeeping and Level II Personal Care. Please contact the Saint Regis Mohawk Office for the Aging at 518-358-2963 and ask for the EISEP program for additional information and/or to arrange for home visit to complete assessment.
