The St. Regis Mohawk Tribe's Governance Committee is associated with reviewing, analyzing, and compiling summaries of all past governing documents including ordinances, resolutions and regulatory acts. This committee develops guidelines for terms of office for Chiefs, Sub-Chiefs and Tribal Clerk and the role that they must follow. Governance is also responsible for creating a code of ethics for the St. Regis Mohawk Tribe.
